Frances Bates-Crisp

Awarded the Institute of Directors Bay of Plenty Branch Emerging Director Award 2020, Frankie has been placed as an intern Emerging Director on the Acorn Foundation Board.

Frankie has over 18 years’ work experience in the utilities sector in project management, operational management and leadership roles across New Zealand and Australia.  She is currently the Contract Manager for TRILITY, leading the delivery of wastewater services for the Rotorua community. 

Frankie aspires to acquire skills that enable her to contribute to an organisation at the directorship level. She intends to focus on strategic, business and commercial decisions in the governance arena, while maintaining her personal core values of integrity, fairness and trust.

Outside of work, Frankie is a committee member for the Rotorua Honey Bee Club, Associate Member of the Institute of Directors, and Member of the Project Management Institute. She is learning the ukulele, enjoys gardening and keeps bees and hens.
