Men Backing Men: Introducing the Bay Men’s Fund
The Bay Men’s Fund will launch in late 2026, bringing together men from all walks of life and communities across the Western Bay. The idea is simple: create opportunities for local men to get out, connect with people they might not otherwise meet, and enjoy worthwhile experiences together, all while making a lasting difference in the Western Bay.
Members will make a small monthly contribution, combining many modest donations into a meaningful pool of funding. Each year, members will come together to learn about local needs and collectively decide which causes and initiatives they would most like to support. A portion of the money raised will be distributed through annual grants, helping community organisations respond to the issues and opportunities that matter most to members.
The remaining funds will be invested and grown over time, creating a permanent fund for the Western Bay. This means members’ contributions will have an impact today while continuing to support the people, projects and causes they care about in perpetuity.
