Please include the name of the fund you would like to support as your reference. This could be your own Acorn fund, an existing Acorn Fund, a Charity Fund, the Vital Impact Fund, or another fund listed on the donation form below.

Note: If you are not an existing Acorn donor, please email info@acornfoundation.org.nz with your full name, donation amount and the fund you have supported, so we can send you a donation receipt.

We’ll send a donation receipt in order for you to claim your tax credit.
