Email: papamoarotary@gmail.com
Since its establishment in 2008, the volunteer members of the Rotary Club of Pāpāmoa have been dedicated to service projects and fundraising efforts that foster positive change in the Pāpāmoa and Te Puke communities.
The club focuses on projects that directly benefit the community, such as neighbourhood clean-ups, supporting local schools, and building park facilities and shelters. In addition, partnerships with charitable organisations such as NZ Blood Service, St John, the J R McKenzie Youth Education Fund, and Waipuna Hospice—among others—enable the club to support vital services that impact many lives.
Fundraising is a cornerstone of the club’s work, with events such as an annual golf tournament, movie nights, and themed dinners helping to generate financial support for various initiatives. These funds support people of all ages, with a strong focus on youth development and empowerment. This includes driver awareness training for Year 12 students, leadership development programmes, various scholarships, and the distribution of dictionaries to primary schools. Tree and food planting initiatives in schools also promote environmental stewardship.
Your support helps the club continue working alongside community groups and schools to promote prosperity and well-being. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to hear more about the clubs work in the community: papamoarotary@gmail.com
