The 2020 funding round has now closed and applications are being reviewed.

Bethlehem Baptist Church

The Bethlehem Baptist Church has always had a high focus on families and children. The commitment made to young people has always been a priority with their weekend and mid-week programmes. As the church has grown, there’s been the ability to identify and serve different needs and ministry opportunities both locally and overseas. One of these wonderful initiatives is Kai Manga.

Kai Manga, formally known as ‘Soul Food’, functions as a blessing to people who may need prepared meals or non-perishable grocery hampers. It is run by BBC volunteers and is available to us only because of the generosity of others. We are not a food bank; we aim to help people connected to BBC and its ministries specifically as we have limited resources.

In 2019 Bethlehem Baptist Church received funding from the J Chappell-Mathias Fund as well as another anonymous donor.
